Coldest night of the year
Raising vital funds for the food bank

Thank You for Another Successful CNOY!

CNOY is an annual family-friendly fundraising walk supporting local charities that provide vital services and care for people experiencing homelessness, hurt and hunger.

The final tally for Coldest Night of the Year 2025 is in, and our incredible supporters raised an amazing $169,617!

FYFB is deeply grateful for the outpouring of support. From the dedicated fundraisers and generous donors, to our amazing corporate sponsors, everyone came together to make CNOY25 a big success.Thank you to everyone who contributed and supported us in this major fundraiser. We hope to see you again next year!

Your generosity will make a real impact throughout 2025, helping to keep our shelves stocked with nourishing foods as the need keeps growing.

Last year, there were more than 100,000 visits at FYFB for the first time ever. And this March, we served an average of 5,818 people every week. Food insecurity has reached such critical levels in our city that Mayor Olivia Chow declared it an emergency, after the Daily Bread Food Bank revealed that more than one in 10 Torontonians now rely on food banks.

Despite these troubling trends and the economic uncertainty we’re facing, I’m heartened by the way our community rallied to raise a remarkable sum for FYFB.

We appreciate all your efforts, and we hope you’ll save the date and join us next year for CNOY26 on February 28!
