Entrance

• Our front door does not have an automatic button, but it is typically staffed by a volunteer or propped open during open hours—especially in good weather.
• A StopGap ramp is available at the front entrance for entering the building (not for exiting).
• If the front ramp feels unsafe or inaccessible, please feel free to use the side entrance—we’re here to help.

Exit

• The exit route includes two doorways that are wide enough to accommodate mobility devices or wheelchairs.
• The exit path is level-grounded and easy to navigate.
• The door is propped open, if it is closed due to bad weather a volunteer will assist with opening it.

Washrooms

• There is one washroom available on the main floor; however, it does not have enough space to accommodate a mobility device or wheelchair and there are no hand rails. 
• The closest accessible washroom is at Starbucks, 440 College St, two blocks west from FYFB
  

Grocery Pick-Up

• The space from entrance to exit is accessible for mobility devices and wheelchairs.
• Our volunteers are happy to assist with loading groceries into bags, backpacks, or carts—just let us know how we can help.
